This project was to design a detachable push bike light, the size needed to be based around an existing chassis. I then needed to redesign the outer shell using modelling and CAD software. My design focused mainly on experienced mountain bikers, this product was designed to be reliable and strong throughout different types of terrain. This design also shows a streamlined body which would not affect the performance of the riding experience. Within the design, ribs that surround the middle chassis provide support in two main sections of the body.
