Service Design Project – This project was to identify where a service can improve the quality of life and well-being. Working towards the submission for RSA student design awards, the project targeted patients suffering from dementia and how COVID pandemic made care more difficult.
The findings of service design tools like persona mapping enabled me to come up for a solution for community care by utilising charities and social care worker organisations to provide local help. This package was a read easy exercise that would promote brain stimulation, by research based colours and shapes for infographics.
